Emily's Jams and Pickles

Welcome to my award-winning range of products, which are all homemade, contain no artificial colourings or preservatives and where you will find over 80 varieties, and all are gluten free.

I have achieved the prestigious 5* "Scores On The Doors" award for my home-based business which has been running for the past sixteen years. Everything is made by myself, using traditional open pan methods, made in small batches to achieve a fresh and sumptuous product. On my Website, you will find a variety of jams, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, mustards, oils, dressings & vinegars; all mustards are sugar free and a selection of chutneys and relishes.

Recipes have come from a variety of sources, from endless cookery books, handed down notes, suggestions from friends, the banoffee curd being one and now they are hooked, and my own imagination; for instance a sorbet that was made for a dinner party was transformed into a successful marmalade. The selection of chocolate jams is growing in variety and popularity, I often suggest to not only have them with toast or bread, but also use them as a dessert accompaniment, for example with icecream or waffles.

Enviromental Policy

Worcester prides itself on recycling and I myself, do the same; I recycle all glass, plastic, paper and cardboard and then compost all organic waste, which in turn then goes back onto my garden of plants and herbs.
